We will go through the basic things, plus see how we can deepen your own practice, discuss any questions you have and find out the answers together. All levels are welcome. It’s great for beginners, cause you will have a chance to find out how and why. It’s good for advance Yogis too, cause you will leave your comfort zone and try something new.

In the end of each session, we will spend some time to work on your flexibility as well.
