Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Hannah  6.00-7.00pm   

We’re back! Finally you can take your yoga practice away from a screen! Come and join us for a flowing class.

We’ll be outside in nature, under a marquee, at the serene Well Being Centre in Stone Cross, and will be following COVID-19 secure guidelines, so please bring your own mat* and any blocks, blankets you’d like, and something warm to wear for final relaxation.

Hannah has a relaxed approach to her classes and wants to make everyone welcome – whether newbie or seasoned yogi – on the mat. You don’t need to be flexible, just come along with an open mind.

If you’re completely new to yoga, it’s a good idea to take a class or two at a slower-pace first to get comfortable with the poses. That said, if you’ve been enjoying a lockdown practice, or if you’d like to jump straight in and don’t mind figuring it out as you flow – come along!
