Spring Awakening: A Creative Exploration with Lucinda Weis

Do you feel your mind, body and soul being stirred up by the spirit of spring? Are you looking forward to new adventures and growth? Do you want an uplifting and affirming creative experience inspired by nature? If so, then please join me on this Spring Awakening workshop where we will explore what the spring months mean to you and what you can do to harness their energy.
The workshop will give you the chance to:

Honour and explore your mind, body and soul’s responses to the qualities of Spring

Work with your creative impulses inspired by nature

Enter the realm of the unconscious – the source of problem-solving skills, creativity and our own personal hidden ‘gold’

Give free rein to your creativity within a facilitated process

Reflect on what transpires from the creative and explorative process for yourself and as part of the group

Leave with a new or renewed sense of your personal power and strengths.
You will be invited to spend some time outside connecting with and being inspired by nature as part of the creative process. So please bring sturdy footwear and a warm coat. A 15 minute tea and cake break half way through the workshop will help nourish our bodies and minds.
