Investment:£20 or online donation based, suggested £15. Booking required. All welcome though priority will be given to regular attenders of my classes.

 Come to a two hour  workshop to experience the ancient practices of Qigong and Meditation in a beautiful setting in the Sussex countryside.  We will  be exploring  the power of the breath with gentle, flowing movements and stillness, connecting with our own energy and that of nature.

As you become more sensitive to Qi in your Qigong practice,
you will become more sensitive to Qi in your everyday life.This opens new avenues of perception and awareness.

Qigong , derived from the Chinese “qi” and “gong” means working with the life force  to develop  vitality, strength, and wellbeing. Qigong is also a path to greater self awareness and understanding of our true nature.istocktai_chi_000003260776small[1]

Qigong, meaning ‘cultivating energy, seeks to align the breath with movement and stillness to develop bodymind and breath awareness for calming, exercise, healing, and meditation.
By turning our attention inwards to connect with the different parts of the body, we learn to establish a dialogue with our own body. This dialogue is both a new and ancient way to approach and experience ourselves. By becoming more aware of ourselves and our own energy we explore our connection with the powerful universal energies. When we begin to integrate all parts of ourselves and the universe, we promote our body’s innate ability to heal, maintain and regain optimal health.
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years and can be done by people of all faith traditions or none. With the practice of meditation the mind settles and a sense of ease, tranquillity and joy arise. This can lead to insight and wisdom.
The Meditation is usually visualisation based, an inner journey to develop and explore more about our inner world and create new awarenesses. It is also an opportunity  to learn and develop  some letting go and relaxation techniques to work with ourselves.
Investment: £20.00. Places are limited. Booking is essential. Please bring own mat or mat cover, a blanket and cushion following C-19 protocols. It is advised you bring water/thermos and a snack if you wish as we can longer provide or share these.
