Exploring Life Transitions and Change with EYP   –

Embodied Yoga Principles to explore how we navigate the transitions that life presents us with.
Throughout life we experience transitions – from when we are in utero until we die – coming of age, pregnancy, menopause, change of career, redundancy……to name a few!
How we are around these transitions has a great impact on our psychological and physiological health and also on how we fare with further transitions later on in life.
This workshop will explore our habitual ways of being around transitions and change, cultivating mindful awareness and insight with a view of creating a practise to provide us with what we need as an individual experiencing our own unique transitions.

What is EYP?
Embodied Yoga Principles is where yoga and psychology come together, providing you with deep insight into your beliefs and behavior and a space to explore new ways of being, allowing the possibility to create positive pragmatic change in your own life off the mat and in the world around you.
EYP is non-athletic and no yoga experience is required, just an open and curious mind!
The workshop will include somatic movement, simple yoga postures partner work and group discussion.

£30, concessions available on request.

Please do get in touch if you have any queries.

Jane is an advanced teacher of EYP with over 10 years yoga teaching experience and is a certified Embodiment Facilitator and Coach.
She works sensitively with embodied, somatic and mindfulness-based practices to cultivate awareness, choice and transformation in body and mind.
