Spring Awakening Yoga Workshop with Vicky

Join together for an afternoon of yoga, meditation and creativity, celebrating the rebirth of the Sun.

A time to awaken from the slower slumber and introversion of Autumn and Winter. Gentle waking our bodies with a restorative yoga practice and plant seeds of intention as we connect to the fresh spring air, the light and love, new budding growth within and around.

We honour the goddess Ostara (a pagan goddess representing dawn, her duty is to oversee the budding plants and fertility of Spring) and honour the goddess within by creating a fresh flower crown and celebrate Spring together with refreshments and fresh fruits.

The workshop will take place in the large Yurt at The Well Being Centre, Stone Cross.
