QIGONG with MEDITATION Class with Nick Neter at 10-11am ONLINE ONLY
“Touch your inner space, which is nothingness, as silent and empty as the sky; it is your inner sky. Once you settle down in your inner sky, you have come home, and a great maturity arises in your actions, in your behavior. Then whatever you do has grace in it. Then whatever you do is a poetry in itself. You live poetry; your walking becomes dancing, your silence becomes music.” ~Osho
As you become more sensitive to Qi in your Qigong practice,
you will become more sensitive to Qi in your everyday life.This opens new avenues of perception and awareness.

“At the centre of your being
you have the answer;
You know who you are
and you know what you want.”
Qigong , derived from the Chinese “qi” and “gong” means working with the life force to develop vitality, strength, and wellbeing. Qigong is also a path to greater self awareness and understanding of our true nature.
With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi .Qigong literally means cultivating energy. Qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movements with a calm mindful state. Qigong is practiced daily throughout China and increasingly worldwide.
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years and can be done by people of all faith traditions. With the practice of meditation the mind settles and a sense of ease, tranquility and joy arise.
