When you’re new to yoga, it can be hard to know where to start. Don’t worry, at Graceful Yoga we take it step by step and take time to listen to what’s right for your body.
This class is not only a great way to stretch and strengthen your body but also a perfect relaxation for the mind, body, and soul. My simple yet affective processes allow you to relax into the poses which are tailored to the individuals attending.
Furthermore, the classes feature breathing exercises, meditation exercises and finally relaxation techniques at the end to allow you some well needed time to drop into a deep relaxed state. The combination of all these ancient Yoga practices are intended to totally unwind you from day to day life.
