QIGONG, MEDITATION and the MAGIC of the BREATH  with Nick Neter

Saturday,16th November 3.30-5.30pm

“Touch your inner space, which is nothingness, as silent and empty as the sky; it is your inner sky. Once you settle down in your inner sky, you have come home, and a great maturity arises in your actions, in your behavior. Then whatever you do has grace in it. Then whatever you do is a poetry in itself. You live poetry; your walking becomes dancing, your silence becomes music.” ~Osho

As you become more sensitive to Qi in your Qigong practice,
you will become more sensitive to Qi in your everyday life. This opens new avenues of perception and awareness.

Come to a two hour  workshop to experience the ancient practices of Qigong and Meditation in a beautiful setting in the Sussex countryside.  We will  be exploring  the power of the breath with gentle, flowing movements and stillness, connecting with our own energy and that of nature.

“At the centre of your being
you have the answer;
You know who you are
and you know what you want.”
Lao Tzu

Qigong , derived from the Chinese “qi” and “gong” means working with the life force  to develop  vitality, strength, and wellbeing. Qigong is also a path to greater self awareness and understanding of our true nature.

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years and can be done by people of all faith traditions. With the practice of meditation the mind settles and a sense of ease, tranquillity and joy arise. This can lead to insight and wisdom.istocktai_chi_000003260776small[1]

This two hour workshop has grown from discussions with my Tuesday evening group who suggested a Qigong and Meditation workshop to give more time to our work in our classes which we have been learning and exploring together and for a longer meditation. All are welcome though priority will be given to those who regularily attend my classes. Booking is essential as places are limited.

The Meditation is usually visualisation based, an inner journey to develop and explore more about our inner world and create new awarenesses. It is also an opportunity  to learn and develop  some letting go and relaxation techniques to work with ourselves.

Introduction to Homeopathy with Danielle Lindsay

Saturday,23rd November 10am to 4pm

Hi, my name is Danielle Lindsay and I am a classically trained and practicing Homeopath and as of September this year I am a lecturer of Medical Sciences at The South Downs School of Homeopathy in Chichester.

My interest in Homeopathy was spurred on by my uncle who was also a homeopath and after having treatment for myself I realised the incredible effectiveness of Homeopathy In 2005 I made the big decision to give 4 years of my life to train as a Homeopath.  I found it very challenging as I was holding down a full-time job and at the time being a single mum of one. Sometimes I would be studying way into the depths of the night and very early hours of the morning. But I enjoyed every minute and every challenge. I knew it was my true calling in life.

I have been on a real journey with Homeopathy and have seen some of the most remarkable results with remedies, some even taking place before my eyes. To see people reap the benefits of these truly amazing remedies is such a pleasure and it’s so rewarding to know that all the hard work I have put myself through has been worthwhile.

Lots of people say or think ‘Homeopathy, oh that’s herbs and stuff, right?’ and my answer is well no not really, there really is so much more to this beautiful holistic system.  It was the basis of medicine as over 200 years ago Samuel Hahnemann effectively discovered medicine in its purist form.

As a Homeopath my desire and dreams are to educate people that there is a complementary and alternative route, that is safe, gentle and restorative.

I am currently running a day course at The Well Being Centre at Glyndleigh, Nr Hailsham on the 23rd November 2019, with more courses to come in the near future for further details please email either myself on or

Course Fee:£95

EARLY BIRD OFFER £75 when booking before 31st October…!

I look forward to meeting you to begin your new health journey!

Exploring Qi and the Magic of Touch with Nick Neter and Louise Burt on Saturday, 14th December  3.30-6.00 pm.

This new series of workshops explores the nature of Qi through the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Using Qigong, meditation, breathwork, art, Shiatsu touch and the senses we shall be working to understand, increase and develop our own awareness of the Qi.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), five elements or five phases theory outlines the relationship between the different elements in nature and the life force, or “Qi,” that flows through them. The five elements are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water.

The intention is to have a better understanding of each element as it occurs in nature during the year and how that works in our bodies, hearts and minds. Using an eclectic mix of Qigong, Shiatsu, Meditation, the Breath and Art work, we shall explore the qualities of each element and through simple exercises enable each participant to deeply connect and explore each element’s qualities. In so doing we shall share our Shiatsu Touch with each other to effect ease, flow, flexibility and an increased sense of well being.

In this December Water  element workshop we shall be working with the Bladder and Kidneys with emphasis on our intention and the effort required to accomplish things, our willingness to act, the emotion of fear and our Jing, our source energy or ancestral Qi.

Places are limited to 8 people and the investment is £30. We ask for payment in advance to secure your place.

Please email or call Nick on 07773061309 to book your place or for more information
