I specialise in treatments to alleviate pain and postural distortion and use all the knowledge I have to enable your healing. My aim is to help you be as well and  pain free as possible. On your first visit we shall decide together how best to achieve your goal and plan the number,type and frequency of your treatments. You can choose to have relaxing treatments of both aromatherapy and reflexology.

  Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is gentle and calming. Choosing from over 30 essential oils I will create a blend specifically for you. The beneficial properties of the various oils absorbed into your skin during massage will leave you relaxed and ready to tackle the day ahead.

Essential oils are extracted from petals, leaves, roots and fruits all of which have healing capabilities.

For example Peppermint, Black Pepper or Ginger could be used for digestive problems; Rose, Geranium, Ylang ylang, or Jasmine for hormonal imbalance; Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Pine for bacterial infection, Linden Blossom, Rose, Chamomile for skin problems, Basil, Black Pepper, Cypress for muscle strain – the list and combination of blends is endless.

Reflexology

Reflexology treatments can be done on the feet, hands or ears but I generally use the feet.  Even if your feet are ticklish or you ‘hate’ them, I think you will be pleasantly surprised how great a treatment feels and how wonderful you feel afterwards too.

The treatment ends with a leg massage to reduce any swelling in your ankles and promote good circulation in the feet and legs.

                  WELL BEING COACHING                         

We all try to do our best, be supportive and achieve our goals, but our personal growth may be restricted, often by the smallest of hurdles and sometimes by more substantial obstacles.

Perhaps a loved one is ill, or an elderly parent requires a great deal of care and support.  Of course you are going to step up and help in any way you can.  But what happens to you?

Well Being Coaching Care Sessions will help you to unravel your problems and rebuild your dreams.  You will complete exercises to help you focus and discover how

  • excuses may be obscuring the truth
  • anxiety is obstructing your personal progress
  • family values, accepted since childhood, could be manipulating your expectations.

Do you feel appreciated, praised and acknowledged? Are you in a battle with competitive work colleagues, and home is more a minefield than a bed of roses?

Well Being Coaching Care will give you the opportunity to reassess the main elements of life:

Purpose, Relationships, Health, Nutrition, Exercise, home/work Environment, Finances.

By focusing on these specific areas and discovering what is holding you back you will gain the confidence to make the changes you desire.

Continuing to live your life in a state of stress is likely to impact your health and you may already be experiencing more frequent headaches, lower back pain or toothache.

As an experienced and qualified Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner I offer healing therapeutic massage coupled with Life Coaching.  I work in a team of Specialist Practitioners, which allows you to relax in the knowledge that your complete health and wellbeing is covered.  There will be no need for you to search out someone to check your nutritional or adrenal health or to find a personal trainer they are already working in my team.
